Returns

Return Policy -

• Please email thesweetpacific@gmail.com to start the return/exchange process. Please include your invoice number.
• Returns and exchanges are allowed within 15 days of receipt. There are no refunds after 15 days.
• All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with it's original packaging with all tags still attached. If returned items do not meet this criteria they will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns/exchanges. 
• If a store credit is issued it can only be used once and in it's entirety 
• All Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Orders cannot be cancelled. You will receive store credit
